In October 2021, The Human Capital team of Facil participated in the Ford Of Europe Supplier Diversity Event. Aim of Ford is to have a dialogue with their supply base in adopting a positive approach to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I). This event takes place every two years and focuses on different valuable HR related topics in an interactive manner.
Facil was asked to present our transition to a new way of working and how we took the momentum of the pandemic and the launch of a new internal organization to introduce a new way of working within a culture of trust. It was a truly inspiring event with very interesting speakers and exciting new ideas!
Ford acknowledges the DE&I initiatives of their supply base by handing out Supplier Diversity Awards and recognition certificates. Facil already won the award in 2015 and was honored with a certificate in 2018. We are very proud that Facil was again one of the three nominees for the Supplier diversity Award in 2020-2021.
At the end of this event Facil was again put in the spotlight and granted a certificate by Ford for “our commitment and outstanding progress in building a diverse and inclusive culture” in 2021.
It is a great pleasure to know that our values, vision, mission, and teamwork are held in great esteem by one of our main customers, Ford.
