Branch Manager


Facil North America, Inc., is seeking a Branch Manager for our Escobedo, Nuevo Leon branch

Facil pioneered the full-service concept for fastening technologies; our services span the early
concept and design phase throughout the product’s entire lifecycle, allowing us to minimize
the complexity and costs across the entire fastener and C-parts value chain. We are always

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take care of the day-to-day management of the branch
  • Manage and safeguard customer relations and satisfaction
  • Coach of the Facil Management System (FMS) in the branch
  • Support in Human Resources topics
  • Approve branch related invoices
  • Search for new local opportunities (new customers, new activities, …)
  • Support central Purchasing with supplier evaluation and localization
  • Benchmark, negotiate and select local service suppliers (cleaning/transport…)
  • Implement and maintain 5S
  • Define, implement, and realize the operational plan and measure and report the status
  • Apply and safeguard the Facil values in daily operations
  • Translate processes/ procedures to local market requirements and cultural specificities
  • Escalate market and organizational needs and opportunities to corporate level and work on continuous improvement projects to adapt to the changing and challenging environment
  • Train, coach and manage the local Facil team members within the own functional
  • Decide and act: make it happen


  •  Master or minimum bachelor’s degree or equal experience required.
  • +2 years of experience in a management function is required preferably in the automotive sector or in a dynamic environment Experience in warehousing or distribution Centre management is required.
  • Knowledge of fasteners is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with an EPR package is a plus
  • Advanced English is required
  • Ability to inspire, coach and develop people
  • Conflict resolution and people management skills
  • Good communication and motivation skills
