Business Analyst SAP

A Digital Transformation program has been launched. The primary scope is to replace its current legacy ERP landscape and implement SAP S/4HANA – private cloud edition. The key focus will be on redesign and deploy leading processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA best practices. We are looking for a Business Analyst SAP with solid knowledge of at least one of the following SAP modules (EWM, MM , SD, PP )  and a strong interest to learn other relevant modules.

Job description

As an SAP Business Analyst your focus and main activity will be on the implementation of SAP S/4HANA as part of a global project team. You will play an active role between business, key- users and the implementation partner to align and ensure business needs are covered and aligned with the SAP implementation strategy. You perform fit-to-standard gap analysis for business requirements and deliver solutions in line with standard SAP S/4HANA.

Other responsibilities include identifying potential business values enable by technology, overseeing incidents and staying up to date on the on the developments & evolution of SAP S/4HANA. 

Reporting directly to the Global IT Director, the SAP Business Analyst will provide guidance, coaching and training to business users and other colleagues.

Together with the implementation partner Facil is setting up a global implementation project team based in Genk – Belgium, where you will have a direct impact on the success of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in ICT
• 3-5 years’ experience SAP implementations
• Hands-on in EWM, MM, SD or PP to ensure our global operations
• Business oriented and insight into business processes
• Analytical insight
• Eager to learn
• Proactive & performance driven
• Strong sense of ownership and likes to take initiative
• Customer-focused (both internal and external)
• Good Communication skills (English is company language)
• Willing to travel within your continent or worldwide if required
