FSP Sales Assistant

Facil North America, Inc., is seeking an FSP Sales Assistant for our North American Headquarters in Twinsburg, OH.

Our FSP Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the FSP Sales department.  The FSP Sales Assistant will assist with contract set-ups and customer requests.  This position reports directly to the Sales Manager, North America and works closely with other departments.  Compensation includes a competitive benefits package [including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), etc.] along with the opportunity for continuous professional growth and development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support sales team in their daily work with master data management and process improvement.
  • Define & coordinate improvement projects – processes.
  • Handling of Purchase Orders. Verify & implement.
  • Support customers with accurate information on order statuses.
  • Maintain customer portals.
  • Implement customer pricing request in CRM tool, follow-up & report.
  • Perform data entry and provide administrative support to the FSP sales teams.
  • Setup intercompany contracts and perform maintenance activities.
  • Assist with department projects as assigned.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equal by experience.
  • First experience in Sales or administration is a plus.
  • Technical interest is required. Mechanical or material knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and administration skills are required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as experience working successfully in cross-functional teams; able to create and deliver effective presentations via multiple mediums to individuals as well as varied groups of people.
  • Proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and performing quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
  • PC proficiency required, including MS Office. Knowledge of an ERP package and CRM system (e.g., SalesForce) as well as any other industry-specific software is a plus.
