Facil Asia is looking for a Key Account Manager to support our sales team and working from Vietnam.

Position Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team, providing best-in-class service to an existing major customer. You will act as the liaison between the customer and different layers within the internal departments to ensure maximum service to the customer.

This role operates in a complex, international environment and combines commercial responsibilities with supply chain and project management activities. The position involves managing a high volume of information and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across different regions.

You are building a long-term trust relationship with this customer and ensure that the customer’s needs and expectations are met. Thanks to your helicopter view, you can identify opportunities for further growth and highlight potential risks.

You will report directly to the General Manager of Asia.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience required.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive sector in a similar role.
  • Technical interest is required, and mechanical or material knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: proven track record of building and maintaining relationships internally and with customers, while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in projectmanagement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of ERP software, preferably SAP or SalesForce, is a plus.
