Operational Buyer

Key Responsibilities

As Operational Buyer at Facil your main tasks are to:  

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities and supplier communications across Asia . 
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure operational efficiency. 
• Execute SAP purchasing transactions and maintain accurate procurement data. 
• Manage price, raw material, and currency revisions, as well as intercompany order updates and new order creation. 
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of procurement processes. 
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues. 
• Partner closely with the Project Buyer on supplier transitions and new business opportunities 
  
  

This role will report directly to our Country Manager India.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering, Automotive or related field 
• 2-5 years in a similar role  
• Strong analytical and data skills are key 
• Team-player, but also able to work independently 
• Proactive orientation and customer-oriented mindset 
• Hands-on mentality 
• Used to working with deadlines 
• Flexible & persistent 
• Good MS Office skills (mainly Outlook and Excel), SAP experience is a plus 
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
