Facil North America, Inc., is seeking an experienced Purchasing & FSP Sales Assistant for our North American Headquarters in Twinsburg, Ohio.

Our Purchasing & FSP Sales Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Purchasing and FSP Sales departments. The Purchasing & FSP Sales Assistant will assist with contract set-ups and customer requests.  This position reports directly to the Purchasing Manager, North America and works closely with Operations, Finance, and other departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and provide administrative support to the purchasing and FSP sales teams.
  • Setup intercompany contracts and perform maintenance activities.
  • Assist with department projects as assigned.
  • Support sales team with master data management and process improvement.
  • Handle purchase orders, verify and implement in system.
  • Support customers with accurate information on order statuses.
  • Maintain customer portals.
  • Implement customer pricing request in CRM, follow up and report.
  • Maintaining parts and supplier databases.
  • Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Supply Chain or related field required.
  • 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Purchasing roles or similar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; proven track record of building and maintaining relationships while maintaining appropriate levels of confidentiality.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills as well as experience working successfully in cross-functional teams; able to create and deliver effective presentations via multiple mediums to individuals as well as varied groups of people.
  • Proven history of personal initiative, efficiency, attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and performing quality work within deadlines with or without supervision.
  • PC proficiency required, including MS Office. Knowledge of an ERP package and CRM system (e.g., SalesForce) as well as any other industry-specific software is a plus.
