​​Quality Coordinator ​

The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints while collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. 

You will become part of our international team and report directly to the Branch Manager of Thailand. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage customer complaints and quality concerns, including 8D reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions. 

• Coordinate containment and disposition of non-conforming products. 

• Conduct incoming inspections and support supplier quality improvement activities. 

• Analyse quality data and prepare reports using Excel and other reporting tools. 

• Collaborate with different functional team for Planning, Logistics, Sales, Suppliers, and Customers to ensure delivery of quality products on time. 

• Support customer visits, supplier audits, and quality improvement projects. 

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical Engineering, Automotive or related field  

• 2-5 years in a similar role 

• Strong analytical and data skills are key 

• Team-player, but also able to work independently 

• Proactive orientation and customer-oriented mindset 

• Hands-on mentality 

• Used to working with deadlines 

• Flexible & persistent 

• Good MS Office skills (mainly Outlook and Excel), SAP experience is a plus 

• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
