SAP Business Analyst

A Digital Transformation program has been launched. The primary scope is to replace its current legacy ERP landscape and implement SAP S/4HANA – private cloud edition. The key focus will be on redesigning and deploying leading processes enabled by SAP S/4HANA best practices.

Job description

As an SAP Business Analyst your focus and main activity will be on the further implementation of SAP S/4HANA as part of a global project team. You will play an active role between business, key- users and the implementation partner to align and ensure business needs are covered and aligned with the SAP implementation strategy. You perform fit-to-standard gap analysis for business requirements and deliver solutions in line with standard SAP S/4HANA.

Other responsibilities include identifying potential business values enable by technology, overseeing incidents and staying up to date on the on the developments & evolution of SAP S/4HANA among MM, P2P & O2C.

Reporting directly to the Global IT Manager, the SAP Business Analyst will provide guidance, coaching and training to business users and other colleagues.

Together with the implementation partner Facil has set up a global implementation project team based in Genk – Belgium, where you will have a direct impact on the success of the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in ICT
• 8 years’ experience SAP implementations
• Hands-on in MM, P2P & O2C to ensure our global operations
• Business oriented and insight into business processes & logistics
• Experience SAP Finance is a plus
• Analytical insight
• Eager to learn
• Proactive & performance driven
• Strong sense of ownership and likes to take initiative
• Customer-focused (both internal and external)
• Good Communication skills (English is company language)
