Quality Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Identify, validate and develop new suppliers
• Qualify and develop new suppliers through audits and assessments in line with company quality standards. Creating a satisfactory relationship with the supplier. 
• Support technical analysis and provide corrective action implementation.
• Conduct supplier audits and drive continuous quality improvement.
• Coordinate and resolve complex supplier quality issues.
• Travel: Approximately 20-30% for supplier visits

Qualifications

• Full time Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQA/SQD in the automotive industry and experience in auditing.
• Friendly, communicative and customer-focused
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Team Player
• Good organizational skills
• Stress-resistant and flexible mindset (flexible to travel regularly national and international)
• Good knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus
