Supply Chain Analyst

Job description

Your main responsibility will be to optimize and develop new and existing supply chain and operational processes within the global Facil organization. The main areas of your job will be:

• Project management: projects related to new processes, a new branch or a re-location of a branch will be coordinated by you. 
• KPI follow up: you will use important KPI’s of our operations to adjust or further optimize our supply chain and operations. 
• Train the local teams in the optimized processes and procedures and support the regional operations teams with your expertise. 
• Ensure correct application of processes and procedures and drive day to day continuous improvement.
• You will play an important role in the implementation of our new ERP system SAP S/4HANA. 

You will become part of our global operational excellence team and report directly to the Managing Director Operations.

Employment in the branch of Valencia is a possibility as well.

Requirements

• Master or minimum bachelor degree or equal by experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in the automotive sector
• Profound ERP knowledge and experience, knowledge of SAP (by preference EWM)
• Analytical capacity, organizational skills and solid helicopter view
• Team player & ability to work independently
• Used to working with deadlines & flexible mind-set
• Sense for continuous improvement
• International mindset and solid interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of English (written and verbal) is required
