Branch Manager

Facil is excited to grow our actual business in North America with a major new customer. Therefore we are looking for a Branch Manager to manage our new branch in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Job description

Facil will open a new branch in Tulsa to support a new OEM customer. You will be managing this new branch and representing the company, maintaining operational contact with the client offering them an outstanding service and ensuring the continuous material flow from supplier to the client. One of the first challenges will be building a new operational local team.

As a branch manager you will take care of the day to day operational management of the branch, you will guarantee in time and accurate deliveries to your customers, you will not only solve problems but pro-actively continuously improve processes. You will realize goals and objectives. On top you will work together with Facil Supply Chain Services to work out new structures and processes to optimize the current supply chain.

Also the quality and technical related issues will fall under your responsibility. Management of non-conforming parts and organizing quality inspections and internal process audits are a daily challenge. You will also support the implementation of new/modified parts. For this you will work closely together with your colleagues from other Facil locations.

This challenging opportunity can only be realized with a hands-on flexible approach, a customer service mindset and good people management skills.

You will report directly to the FSP Operations Manager NA who is based in the Facil North America’s HQs in Twinsburg (OH) and will receive the necessary support from the other departments (like Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, HR, Purchasing, Finance) to make this a success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Bachelor degree or equal by experience
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar function
  • First contact with quality and engineering
  • Analytical skills and technical interest
  • Team player with good people management skills
  • Experience in the Automotive or Truck business is a plus
  • Stress resistant, pro-active and persistent
  • Service minded, customer focused and flexible
  • Good knowledge of English
