POP Team Leader


Facil North America, Inc., is seeking a POP Team Leader for our Saltillo, Coahuila branch office.

Position Summary

As a POP Team Leader, we expect you to act as a liaison to the customer and Facil, communicating any changes in production rates, models, shop addresses, active parts, etc. to the appropriate department and person responsible. The Team Leader is responsible for delegating daily workflow responsibilities to the Operators. This position reports directly to the POP Supervisor and works closely with the POP Manager and other supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by POP employees.
  • Address customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform administrative work including printing labels, data entry, and updating the use point files.
  • Monitor and record in-plant inventory turns for the POP site.
  • Unload incoming material.
  • Scan products into the system.
  • Manage the replenishment of parts at the point of production (min/max levels)
  • Monitor and record in-plant inventory turns for the POP site.
  • Ensure the proper placement of parts and move as necessary.
  • Repack product to bins if necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of quality issues by communicating to the quality department.
  • Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status.


  • High School degree or equal experience required.
  • 1 year of experience in warehouse/production environment, preferably in the automotive sector: first management experience desired.
  • A forklift driving license is required.
  • Hands-on and pragmatic, conflict resolution and analyze skills, good accuracy level.
  • Flexibility to do overtime if requested
  • PC proficiency required, including MS Office.
