E-Kanban Administrator

Position Summary:

As an E-Kanban Administrator, we expect you to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse plant and maintenance of the system’s software and hardware. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the E-Kanban process and systems are always running as needed. This position reports directly to the POP Manager and works closely with the Branch Manager and other supervisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance to USEPOINTS
• Definition of minimums and maximums according to customer requirements.
• Maintenance of material distribution routes.
• Maintenance and monitoring of accuracy for repackaging.
• Ability to analyze to determine root causes.
• Set up and correct the system in manual scanners for E-KAN BAN.
• Contact with the client (PFEP & PROCESSES departments).
• Act as support to the POP LINE FEEDING and POP REPACK

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equal experience required.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse/production environment, preferably in the automotive sector: first management experience desired.
• A forklift driving license is required.
• Hands-on and pragmatic, conflict resolution and analyze skills, good accuracy level.
• Flexibility to do overtime if requested
• PC proficiency required, including MS Office.
